What do you like best about Fullpath?

Fullpath has several useful tools that allow the dealer to use the real power of their customer base and first party data. Fullpath Audience Activation has had the highest open rate and engagement out of any email campaign / remarketing tool we've used in the past. Our of the box the settings drive traffic to your website and it continues to grow in value overtime and it gathers more information. Fullpath has dramatically increased our outreach to our own customer base, and given us access to audiences to proactively engage with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullpath?

There's a few tools that cost extra, but would be nice to have included or a different subscription level / access to tools to try things out easier. Also, the audience building can be finicky at times and the amount of data can be intimidating to a salesperson using it for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullpath solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fullpath is a remarketing machine, driving old leads, previously sold customers, and even driving service lane traffic as well. It's ramped up to influencing an extra 40-50 units without much extra work besides set up and follow up. The next level detail on what customers are engaging where on our site, and what vehicles are getting action allow us to meet the customer where they are at in their process and retain more of our website traffic as leads.
