What do you like best about Fullcast?

For anyone unfamiliar with workflow automation, Copy.ai is a platform where this lack of knowledge can be easily overcome. The builder and user interfaces are simple and require no coding knowledge, except when you're using the more advanced features (e.g., JSON arrays, APIs, conditional running). Workflows are modular: builders create workflows from pre-defined actions, many of which you can fully customise; actions include (but are not limited to) LLM text generators, research agents, API endpoints, lookup tools, and webpage scrapers. You can also chain and nest workflows to run complex processes with conditional logic. Having separate Teamspaces lets you manage access, and roles support governance and security management.

Despite the name, Copy.ai isn't just a content writing platform, nor is it limited to AI tooling. Automations can be designed to extract and store data, conduct research and sync with other tools via API or native integrations.

As a newer platform, Copy.ai Agents has yet to be fully implemented; that said, early users are excited by the promise to speed up web content delivery and improve SEO/AEO rankings. Whereas Copy.ai is an automation tool, Agents is a collaborative workspace where the goal is SEO and AEO. Potential keywords are produced using SEO/AEO metrics, and the user selects one to produce content for. The UI presents content as a Kanban-style pipeline: Keywords → Opportunities → Research → Brief → Writing … Each step is AI-generated, but the user can edit, approve or reject content. What do you dislike about Fullcast?

If you’re hoping to deploy Copy.ai in a large operation, be ready for a steep learning curve. The deployment team can help with the initial setup, but for adoption to stick, you will need an inhouse builder: someone who understands the platform, who can build and iterate the tools for use in your organisation.

Copy.ai Agents had several UI issues at roll-out which suggest it is in beta rather than a shipped product (e.g., integration failure, native agents not working). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
