"Fullbay Keeps Shop Operations Organized and Streamlines Data Entry"

5/5

What do you like best about Fullbay?

I’ve been using Fullbay mainly for data entry and overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing shop operations.

One thing I really like is how everything is organized in one place. Entering invoices, work orders, and customer information is pretty straightforward once you get used to the system. It definitely helps speed up the data entry process compared to doing things manually or across multiple platforms. The fact that it’s cloud-based also makes it easy to access from anywhere, which is super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

I will say there is a bit of a learning curve at first. Some features can feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the system. At times, it can also feel a little slow depending on what you’re doing, but once you get familiar with it, it becomes much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fullbay helps solve several business problems for me, especially when it comes to data entry and organization. Before using it, information like invoices, customer details, and work orders could feel scattered and repetitive to manage. With Fullbay, everything is in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organized and avoid duplicating work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mariah, this is a great summary of what Fullbay is built to do. Having invoices, work orders, and customer info in one place instead of scattered across systems is the whole idea, and it's great to hear it's landing that way for you. The learning curve is real, but it sounds like you've hit your stride. Thanks for writing this up!
