What do you like best about Fulcrum Analytics?

In the field of data collection, we often require software that is robust and customizable. Fulcrum is the one that helps us achieve both. The support help page is so exhaustive that we find all the answers there, all the features are well documented and their support team is also very responsive. What do you dislike about Fulcrum Analytics?

Nothing about the app I can remember that I dislike. The only thing is they can add more reporting options so that we don't have to use the data generated in this app in any other reporting app and generate reports through it. Adding more report options will help us use the app more rather than depending on other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fulcrum Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use fulcrum for data collection in the field on various subjects like customer surveys, product surveys, feedback, and opinions on various topics. We provide our field partners with devices that support the fulcrum app and use it for data collection, data collation, and reporting using its various reporting functions and also feed that data into other statistical tools/ reporting tools that have much more complex features of reporting than provided by a fulcrum. it is a great customizable tool.
