I think Fuel50 has been an excellent platform for supporting career and skills development. Our account manager, Kristen, has been fantastic, and everyone we’ve worked with at Fuel50 has been consistently supportive, responsive, and easy to partner with.

The platform itself is very user-friendly, with strong UI/UX that makes it straightforward for both employees and managers to navigate and get real value from the features available. This has helped drive solid engagement and adoption across the business.

I personally love the journey's feature, it helps people to view other roles in the business that they may be a good match for, which they've never thought of before. I also think the goals and objectives feature is one of my favourites as it's helped me with my own personal development.

We’ve also found the platform to be highly flexible. It’s been easy to make changes so it aligns with our values and purpose, rather than feeling like a one-size-fits-all solution. The Fuel50 team is always open to feedback and willing to adapt based on what we need.

Our integration with SuccessFactors has worked well overall and has enabled us to scale effectively. While we do occasionally run into small issues, the support team responds quickly and resolves them, which makes a big difference.

Support more broadly has been a real strength. Kristen and the wider team are collaborative and proactive, and they consistently help us find solutions. The onboarding process and the ongoing partnership have also made it much easier for us to implement the platform and continue evolving it over time.

Finally, it’s been great to see the continued development of AI within the platform. The AI-recommended skills, in particular, have been a real time-saver and help surface skills we might not have identified otherwise. The planned enhancements in this area are genuinely exciting. While we’ve had a very positive overall experience with Fuel50, we’ve also run into a few challenges along the way, mainly around integrations and data accuracy.

At times, we’ve experienced integration errors with SuccessFactors that can pause the data flow and affect how roles are updated in the platform. This can be disruptive, especially when we’re relying on those updates to keep everything current. That said, it’s something we’ve been working through together, and it continues to improve.

We also encountered a recent issue where skills blueprints weren’t updating correctly. As a result, some roles were published without skills assigned, which had a knock-on effect on features like journeys and the overall user experience. Employees in those roles weren’t able to see the skills needed for their position. This has now been resolved, but it did highlight how dependent certain parts of the platform are on accurate backend updates.

Overall, while these issues have been impactful at times, they’ve typically been resolved quickly with support from the Fuel50 team, and we’ve seen continued improvement as the platform evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
