What do you like best about FtCrm?

I like about FtCrm is that I can carry out many processes from the same platform, I have saved a lot of time that before I used to use different platforms to carry out a campaign or follow up on clients, from the FtCrm interface I have managed to consolidate the marketing processes, commercial management and database administration in one place, I have managed to send outreach emails and create campaigns in less time and with better quality. What do you dislike about FtCrm?

The platform is still a bit complex, it must improve the interface a lot, to make it simpler and easier to use, finding some functions is a bit complex because I consider that it is very saturated with information, it is something that should be improved quickly so that the process adaptation is much more efficient. What problems is FtCrm solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have achieved a considerable reduction in expenses and an increase in productivity, the wear and tear that it took to use different platforms and the economic expense that it caused has been reduced with the use of a single platform that consolidates many marketing and sales processes, the company has managed to consolidate in a single platform all those tools necessary for a quality commercial process, this is how sales have increased and the flow of users to our virtual platforms has increased.
