What do you like best about FtCrm?

What do you dislike about FtCrm?

FtCrm is a very useful platform, but it still has a lot of room for improvement in terms of integration, it is not yet compatible with some platforms and it does not accept certain file formats to download the information, I think it is normal that in the process should be adjusted.
