I find the platform good and easy to manage, and the value for money is right. With FTAPI, I can send large attachments to external partners without unnecessarily bloating my email inbox and securely exchange sensitive information. The SubmitBox is invaluable for receiving files from external partners. The decision for FTAPI was also convincing for me due to the price and GDPR compliance.
