We've been using Froonze for a while now and are very happy using their application. It helps us engage with our customers very efficiently. The app rewards customer activity, sends notifications, and provide easy-to-use widgets that constantly earn praise from our customers.

A very nice bonus is that besides loyalty program and wishlist, they have a customer portal where our customers can engage with the loyalty program and other functionalities of our website. This has been a game changed for us!

Another awesome feature they added recently is the digital passes for Shopify POS - it enables our customers to download digital passes to their mobile wallets which we can scan using our POS machine. This avoids asking customers for their email or phone number!

The pricing is very fair and convenient. We can select what functions we want and only pay for them.
