The LMS portion of Frontline exceeded our expectations. As soon as you wrap your head around 'Training Items', 'Lessons' and 'Skill Sets' and how these build one on another, the process makes sense and works. Is there room for improvement? Yes. Especially around tracking Face To Face Classes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The MOC portion works. It takes quite a bit of time to set up, but it will work great for a new company just starting out with an MOC program. Trying to make it closely mimic a program a larger company has had in place for years is frustrating, and there will be give and takes. The ACT portion is probably the most rigid and has the least availability to "customize." Administrators are locked out of actions that I feel as though they should be able to perform, and the approval/disapproval process has holes that will allow an incident report to become lost.
