It is a robust LMS that sufficiently manages training for the companies that are the most complicated, and highly regulated while simultaneously being relatively easy to navigate and manage, even when "LMS user" is just one of many job tasks one has. Archiving old data becomes difficult at times. Since everything is fully retained and permanently part of learner records, after 15 or 20 years of use, the number of outdated training elements seems to "Clog" the system.
