What do you like best about Frontline 504 Program Management?

The program allows you to quickly add in your absence and provide feedback for a substitute when you are absent. When having to take off work or manage time off, it is helpful to have a platform that is easy to use and fairly quick to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontline 504 Program Management?

I don’t like that you are not able to adjust the days after the date. This year especially, things have changed so quickly with time off due to Covid quarantine and normal sick days. There have been days I put in for a substitute and needed later to take it away after the fact, and I had to rely on my administration to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Frontline 504 Program Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It streamlines finding coverage for my class which elevates stress. Before this process, I had to call or text the school administration assistant to let her know and then notify the administration and our team lead. Afterward, I would have to call and let the system know I would be absent, which took a lot of time. This Frontline 504 streamlines that process and elevates stress.
