I like that Frontify is very user-friendly and easy to use. It eliminates the chaos of outdated files, broken links, and all the PDF brand manuals, which is a huge time saver. I also really appreciate its AI brand assistant, which allows me to get easy and fast results on what changes to make to both my leads and my brand, as well as for the campaigns I'll be using it for. The AI helps streamline the services I provide to clients and assists in developing strategies to approach the current markets. Additionally, the initial setup was rather easy, as our IT department was able to set everything up quickly, and I could enter the environment without any problems. I find that the time it takes to install and download Frontify on my desktop could be streamlined. It requires too many steps, which can be cumbersome. Also, the templates available within Frontify need more flexibility and customization options. Currently, I'm limited in how much I can personalize them, sometimes to the point where I need to switch to Canva to get the design flexibility I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
