"A Powerful Tool for Team Collaboration and Communication"

What do you like best about Front?

When I started using Front, I rarely open my Gmail account now. For me, it’s the best alternative to Gmail. This app helps me organize and track all my important emails in a very customer-friendly interface, and it’s also very easy to navigate.

It has a lot of features, and I can integrate different tools that help me streamline my tasks. My favorite feature is the team collaboration option, where I can easily tag or loop in my team on any email thread or discussion. I especially like being able to see whether my emails have been viewed/read, which is very helpful for monitoring client and vendor responses.

Overall, I love Front, and I hope it can be available for personal use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I feel like I haven’t fully maximized Front’s potential yet, especially when it comes to AI integrations, since I’m not sure whether those are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe team collaboration tools, unlike traditional email, Front provided more room for smoother collaboration and discussion, which are vital for any business. Being able to share an email or take over when needed has also been a big help, especially in situations where someone else has to step in quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
