What do you like best about Frill?

Perfect set of features, clean UI and the best service you could ask for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frill?

Nothing, it is a great product and the minor issues I have noticed have all been fixed in later releases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Frill solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to move from User Voice for our embeddable ideas widget because it was far too expensive and had limited features.

I looked at about 16 alternatives. It came down to SleekPlan and Frill. Frill was far more user friendly and intuitive to use.

Due to some peculiarities in our app, we had some issues getting the widgets to work properly and Mike and his team not only provided excellent support, they also made some changes to their code, which they released within a week, to get us up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
