I really enjoyed the proactive responses I received from their team. I wasn't working with an AI bot for customer service but a real person who was knowledgeable and responsive and could help when we had issues. This and also the service worked. The hardest part was setting it up. It wasn't terribly difficult just a little time consuming. Once we got it set up and knew how to use it, things worked great.
