Our platform serves teachers, students, and researchers, and they all see different parts of the UI. That is where help tooling usually falls apart, and it is where Frigade has impressed us most since we put it in the product this spring. We have watched it tell a student, correctly, that the screen they asked about is only available to their teacher. Nobody wrote that answer. It picked up our roles and permissions from using the product itself.

When someone asks how to do something, it walks them to the right element on their screen instead of pointing them at a help article. Our users get answers at whatever hour they work, and for students that means every hour.

We considered building the in-product AI ourselves first. I am glad we did not. We're excited to continue the rollout and enable the assistant for more of our users. Nothing else comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
