What do you like best about Friendbuy?

What I like most about Friendbuy is how easy the platform is to use, combined with the excellent customer service and support. The platform makes it simple to manage our referral program, and the Friendbuy team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when we need assistance. What do you dislike about Friendbuy?

Some of the reporting can be a little confusing at times, particularly when trying to understand how certain metrics are calculated or presented. What problems is Friendbuy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Friendbuy is helping us solve the challenge of different areas of the business wanting their own referral programs rather than using one centralized program. The flexibility of the platform allows us to build customized referral programs for different parts of the business while still managing them through one platform.
