What do you like best about Freshsales?

We were looking for an affordable, powerful CRM system for our non-profit organization that was customizable to meet our needs yet simple enough to use so that we wouldn't need any outside assistance in setting it up. FreshSales was chosen over 4-5 others we researched Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?
