What do you like best about Freshsales?

Great Dashboard for Productivity!! A Link to everything i need to check regarding my agenda.

Gmail integration works fine for me.. Like the integrations with other Freshworks tools and third parties.

Special for me is the Quickbooks Online integration. A lot of thing to configure in order to automate taks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

Even though i like the Dahboard, i dislike that i cant create my own sales dashboards...being a CRM for Sales. In fact, it should be there by default, instead of a higher paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Freshsales:

My first recommendation is to find a way to automate as much as you can you sales process.

Second, keep learning stuff about CRM Strategies and Customer Service, it will pay off sooner than later.
