What do you like best about Freshsales?

Freshsales made my things easy and helped automating my sales process. I can easily put my customers in the sequence of sales campaign and emails goes automatically based on the sequence. The best is I can even see who has opened/ Clicked my email which helps me putting those customers in the hot prospects. Tasks and appointment features is way too good and show me the dashboard of my today's calls.

Daily digest - This is the most brainy and excellent thing you guys have done.

Just blindly recommend this to any company as the tool really deserve appreciation. Good luck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

As soon as I enter the city of the lead/contact, State and country should automatically come. This was happening in my former CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no such problem right now. Support team is highly skilled and helpful in answering to the queries we come across.

Mobile App is one of the most beneficial thing and gives freedom to update contact status from anywhere/anytime. Kudos to you guys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
