What do you like best about Freshsales?

The whole system is the most amazing software by far.

There are a few improvements required but we are happy.

It would be best if you could make moving from one lead to the next as easy as a click of the next button.

I am happy with the service and basic functionalities of the system.

I like the fact that you can track who you have contacted and follow up with comprehensive emails until a deal is closed. I don't know what else to say because I believe I have written almost all the things I like best about the Freshsales software. I will just keep on writing because Ido not mind. I am heel bent on getting the amazon voucher so your wish is my command. What else should I add ? hmmm I am out of ideas but I figured it is best I keep on jotting random words in case you read this find that it's not really what you hoping for then bear in mind that it was simply because of the review grade not allowing me to complete my eps rating without the prescribed number of words, so this is me exhausting the word limit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

The transition from one lead to the next is a bit tedious.

Small improvements required but either than that the software is magic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
