Fresh Direct is very convenient. The customer service is fabulous and the delivery people are professional. The app is easy to use, and the website is well designed for shopping and for leisurely browsing. You may not find the variety of staple brands that you can find at a physical grocery store, but Fresh Direct's house brands are just as wonderful as the brands that you are familiar with. It needs a better way to track when a delivery is coming they have no map they will just say in transit and then give you a two hour window which means having to wait. It would be nice if fresh driect had a live map and regular updates to show how far away your delivery is but other than that it's a great app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
