What do you like best about Freshdesk Mint CTI?

- Love the revamped UI. It's super clean and easy to navigate

- The mobile interface is well done

What do you dislike about Freshdesk Mint CTI?

Nothing at this point. But more native integrations with software that are industry leaders wouldn't hurt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freshdesk Mint CTI solving and how is that benefiting you?

- We have a huge support team, almost 100 people working 24/7, given our product is complicated we get a lot of queries and keeping a track of them and ensuring we're hitting SLA's all while maintaining superior CX experience is important. FD Mint has helped streamline this entire process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
