What do you like best about FreshBooks?

There are menu shortcuts to almost everything I want to use within the platform. There are big buttons for the reports that I care most about. I can export my data and use it anywhere. Accepting payments is super easy and puts my clients at ease. My fees are automatically added as a text expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshBooks?

The pricing options. If I want to store my client data, then it can get rather expensive. Going from 25 clients to 50 is a huge jump in price. I have to mark the client as deleted in order to not have the client count against my client number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
