What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?

The ability to show customers relevant products in real time has been really useful and it's really easy to add content into email builds. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The support from Fresh Relevance has always been great, the support team work to fix any issues promptly and the organisation as a whole is helpful with training, upskilling and troubleshooting. What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?

I haven't experienced any downsides to using Fresh Relevance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fresh Relevance solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to show customers products that they want to see in a way that is much more personalised than what we could achieve with email alone. We can target emails based on specific categories, but only with Fresh Relevance can we show customer products in that category that match colours that they like to buy or products similar to what they have purchased in the past. And the fact that the product is shown live based on current website stock means that we don't have to worry about customers clicking through and then being disappointed if a product is out of stock.
