I love using Frends because of its simplicity and ease of use. The BPMN canvas is a standout feature for me as it allows for straightforward communication about business issues instead of coding problems since it is easily understandable by others. I also really value their AI approach, which speeds up development and delivery, and the ability to create my own MCP endpoints. The flexibility to build custom tasks in C# when needed is fantastic. Frends makes building integrations more efficient and the visibility and control over processes are also big pluses. Plus, starting up with Frends was incredibly easy, as I could get going within 5 minutes, and the pricing structure is transparent, which is great for setting up business cases and determining ROI quickly. I think Frends' API Management isn't as mature as some competitors yet, and the UX can be a bit unhandy during development. For instance, when writing C# code for data transformation, I can't test it on-the-fly; I have to run the process. Also, being able to mock a test would be a great enhancement, as it would allow the creation of a test harness for implementations without using actual connections.
