What do you like best about FreJun?

The best part about FreJun is definitely the customer support and the people behind it. Everyone has been extremely responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Rajlaxmi has been especially helpful throughout our setup, consistently following up and making sure our issues were resolved. Parul, Priya, and Riya have also been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. Whenever we faced an issue, the team was quick to arrange a call and work towards a solution. What do you dislike about FreJun?

The initial setup was a little challenging, particularly around network connectivity, number quality, and integration. We faced a few issues when we first started using FreJun, which was frustrating at the time. What problems is FreJun solving and how is that benefiting you?

FreJun is helping us streamline our cold-calling process for the Indian market. It gives our team a dedicated calling setup and makes it easier to manage calls as part of our outbound outreach. The biggest benefit has been having a more structured and reliable calling process, while the FreJun team has also been very responsive whenever we face any technical or connectivity issues.
