I like how clear and concise FreightSimple is, and how easy it is to navigate through the prompts and easily secure a rate. I also appreciate that they are a local company and have built a solid relationship and synergy with them over the past couple of years. The initial setup was easy, with no issues navigating, setting up a payment option, and starting shipping. Transitioning into a credit limit setup was also an easy process. It would be nice to introduce different services, for example, flat-deck services, however understood it may not be feasible with FreightSimple's structure. You read us right on flat-deck. Our whole platform is built around LTL, so that's where we go deep rather than spreading across modes, but it's genuinely useful to know it's on your wish list. Good news on dark mode: it's already in the works, so keep an eye out.
