What do you like best about FreeWill?

The most helpful parts of FreeWill are the ease of finding legacy gift information and the way it's laid out for each person. The details that people submit through FreeWill are clearly marked and easily accessible. FreeWill's new AI companion, William, is incredibly helpful when creating donor outreach and marketing materials. What do you dislike about FreeWill?

I wish there was a way to confirm that someone's bequest is genuine. For example, if someone submits a non-anonymous gift, we accept it as confirmed and add them to our legacy society. If these bequests have been added to the will in jest then there may be confusion when we welcome someone to the legacy society, or they may just not respond at all. It's a small problem but the time wasted with these bequests starts to add up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreeWill solving and how is that benefiting you?

FreeWill allows us to have a central repository of legacy commitments that can be quickly accessed and recorded into our agency's database.
