What do you like best about FreeCRM?

I really like the organization of my customer portfolio. To have a pipeline and be able to see all my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeCRM?

The current tool doesn't have as many filters as Hubspot CRM. For my work, it's necessary to use filters and a health score. Currently, I am a customer success manager, and I need a more comprehensive tool to propose a better experience for my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FreeCRM:

If you want a basic tool, I recommend it to you, but if you need to use more complete filters, it is better to use another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
