I like FreeConference.com because it's simple to use and doesn't require any downloads for joining meetings. The screen sharing feature works well for presentations and collaboration. I also find the call recording and AI transcription very useful for keeping track of important discussions. The breakout rooms are another great feature for splitting larger meetings into smaller groups. The dedicated dial-in number makes it easy for participants to join without using a browser. The scheduling and automatic email reminders help keep everyone informed about upcoming meetings. I appreciate that it supports both audio and video meetings, giving us flexibility for different types of meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the interface too crowded during large meetings, and I think more advanced participant management controls would be useful. These could include better ways to organize and find participants, options to mute or manage them in groups, and control over who can share their screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
