What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?

Completely Customizable. You can set it up however you want. Also covers the whole business process from marketing, sales, project management, invoicing, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?

Sometimes because it is so customizable, it can be difficult for a new user. Unless they invest enough time into getting it set up correctly. It's worth having someone on your team (or an outside consultant) help set it up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Too many different software tools. This has allowed us to remove some tools and it works seamlessly with our other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
