What do you like best about FrankCrum?

Frank Crum makes payroll, benefits and tax compliance easy. Their online portal is user friendly. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues or questions that occasionally come up. Frank Crum has also consistently been the most affordable PEO for our business, year after year. We have been using them for 10 years now. What do you dislike about FrankCrum?

The only downside was that we could not continue using Frank Crum for healthcare coverage because it became unaffordable. We are part of a larger control group that decided to shop for healthcare coverage through an independent third-party broker a few years ago. Since that time, we have been obtaining healthcare coverage through the carriers chosen by our sister company. Frank Crum still processes the benefits deductions for us to make it a seamless process. What problems is FrankCrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Frank Crum handles the burden of payroll tax compliance and administration, so we don't have to. They also manage our ancillary benefits. Their online platform makes onboarding new hires easy. We have a dedicated payroll manager who is quick to respond when we have queries. Typically it is a very smooth process despite the challenges that we have with different payroll structures.
