What do you like best about FrankCrum?

Karen Knapp is incredibly helpful in any question I have about our payroll, time tracking, or really anything that has to do with using FrankCrum for payroll, benefits, and workers comp. What do you dislike about FrankCrum?

Recommendations to others considering FrankCrum:

Do it. At minimum check out the workers comp rates as I'm confident you will see a savings that makes it worth the time and energy to switch. I would however, highly recommend working with FrankCrum for all your needs as the staff and their customer services is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FrankCrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We joined FrankCrum for the workers comp insurance as it is saving our nonprofit organization money and has made the renewal process so much easier for me. We also use payroll and benefits.
