What do you like best about FPT.AI?

Our company is currently using FPT.AI’s chatbot and outbound voicebot to serve FE CREDIT customers. The multi-channel chatbot is deployed across familiar digital channels, enabling customers to quickly access information, receive support, and self-serve anytime with a consistent experience. The outbound voicebot is used for proactive customer communications such as notifications, reminders, and confirmations, helping us improve reach while optimizing operational efficiency.
