What do you like best about Foxpass by Splashtop?

I really like that Foxpass by Splashtop is a hands-off product that allows admins to focus on other tasks, saving time, money, and stress. Managed endpoints seamlessly connect for users, and it's rare to see support requests, which is a big plus for us. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, maybe taking 1-2 hours total. I also appreciate the flexibility of the product as we've grown, meeting all our needs. I gave it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others, as it has everything we needed with plenty of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxpass by Splashtop?

I had a few struggles around email versus username synchronization with Okta accounts that didn't match. We have some users where the Okta email and Okta username are purposely different. When these users are synchronized to Foxpass, the Okta email is used instead of the Okta username to create the Foxpass username. This had a low impact, but SCEP requests from Jamf had the wrong information, which caused failures. I was able to adjust the username in Jamf as a workaround.
