"Saves Permit Submissions with Clean, Bookmarked, Compressed PDF Sets"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?

I mainly use it to assemble final permit submission sets, combining my Revit-exported architectural sheets with the structural and MEP consultants’ drawings into a single, bookmarked, correctly paginated PDF before uploading it to the city’s digital permitting portal. What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

This helps keep my permit sets from getting bounced back over formatting technicalities. City plan reviewers are strict about file size and about having a navigable index, so I pull everything into one clean, bookmarked file, compress it without wrecking the resolution on my site plans, and give the reviewer a clickable table of contents instead of 150 pages they have to scroll through blindly. That alone has saved me from the kind of rejection notice that shows up two weeks into the review clock because of something as small as a missing index. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
