What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?

I work with budgets, audit reports, and client statements every day. My favorite feature is turning big Excel spreadsheets into clean PDFs without breaking the columns or cutting off numbers. I also like the compression tool it shrinks large report packages before I email them to clients, so the files send faster without me needing a separate program. The password and permission settings are useful too. I can let a client view a report without letting them edit or copy the numbers inside it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

The compression tool doesn't show a quality preview before I save, so sometimes the charts and images come out blurrier than I expected, and I have to redo it at a lower compression level. It's a small annoyance, but it costs me a few extra minutes each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Foxit PDF Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I get long loan agreements, contracts, and disclosure papers as PDFs from banks and clients. I use Foxit to highlight key numbers and dates, add comments in the margin, and set bookmarks so I can jump straight to things like fees or repayment terms.
