They needed to find each individual email to find the document to sign. This required a lot of the team to chase signatures and follow-up, resend documents, etc. We have a large research department, so the other issue we found were that similar programs (Docusign) that do allow for a user to log into a portal to see all the documents they need to sign was very expensive, since they only allow for like 100 envelopes at $300 (starting cost). There isn't much I would change on this program. Maybe the worst thing is that PDF Editor won't show the status of multiple envelopes and requires you to login online but that is the only complaint.
