The thing I like the best about Foxit eSign is that we can use it for all different kinds of forms, whether it's something in-house or something that we send out to people outside of our organization. They're secure, so we don't have to worry about breaches of information or anything like that. And they're easy to use for all of our people that don't typically know how to use technology very well. I also like that they have fields that you can set as required, so we don't have people skipping required fields. Overall, it was pretty easy to get all the forms set up in there. Occasionally, the formatting of the documents kind of gets messed up a little bit. I'm not sure why because when we upload the documents, they are in a PDF format. So they're already established. But we've had a few times where the W9 form that we have uploaded and used gets some of the fields rearranged and moved around, and I'm not sure why. That's one thing that could be improved.
