What do you like best about FourKites?

FourKites Customer Success team is very responsive, technical support is quick to respond and resolve issues and overall FourKites is dedicated to helping improve carrier compliance and to trouble-shooting issues with carriers. The FourKites team goes above and beyond to help us fully utilize their real-time visibility solution to improve service to our customers. All of our FourKites contacts are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive even to first-time users. Carrier onboarding is simple. The real-time visibility solution was easy to implement and carrier integration was/is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FourKites?

I can't speak to any downsides specific to FourKites. Their data is only as good as the carriers' data. Some carriers are difficult to get onboarded, especially for cross-border shipments. But that is not a FourKites' issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?

FourKites is helping us step up service to our customers by eliminating back-and-forth email traffic to provide load updates to customers. They are also helping us resolve issues with carrier compliance. We are always seeing enhancements to the product making it easier and easier to use with every upgrade/enhancement.
