What I like best about FoundationIP is its flexibility and efficiency. I appreciate the ability to automate activities while still being able to customize and edit individual items when necessary. The built-in country laws are extremely valuable, especially because we can configure specific activities based on each country’s requirements.

The biggest downside of FoundationIP is the limited ability to edit system-generated activities to meet our firm’s specific needs. I also feel that country-law updates often take too long to implement. With so many legal changes on the horizon this year, I would like to see the country-law team respond more quickly and provide timely updates so firms can maintain accurate and reliable docketing practices.
