We've been using Foundational as our managed EDI service provider since 2022, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently provides outstanding support with a positive attitude. Whether we're onboarding a new trading partner or requesting a minor mapping change, they're quick to respond—often completing new mappings in just a few days and making smaller updates almost immediately. We've never experienced any downtime or lost data, which has given us complete confidence in their reliability.
