Recommendations to others considering Foundational e-Business Services:

We evaluated both Foundational and SPS Commerce for our EDI connectivity needs and ultimately found Foundational to be a great fit. While pricing was generally comparable, Foundational came in slightly lower and offered much more reasonable contract terms.

What really differentiated them was the level of service and personal attention. Throughout the evaluation process, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Rather than feeling like just another account, we felt like they genuinely wanted to understand our business and help us find the right solution. The experience was much more personal and collaborative than what we encountered with larger providers.
