I love how Fotoware has enabled us to manage, search, and distribute over four million assets efficiently. The metadata-driven search, automated workflows for image processing and caption conversion, and the ability to deliver images to multiple recipients in seconds have been transformative. Remote access and the exceptional support from the Professional Services team have allowed us to adapt workflows to changing business needs, making the platform central to our operations. The main downside is that pricing and product improvements sometimes feel disconnected from our specific setup. While I’m happy to pay for the value we receive, I’d prefer more flexibility to choose which additional capabilities we pay for, instead of covering improvements that may benefit other customers but aren’t relevant to our workflows.
