We've engaged in the sign-on and onboarding process the last couple months, and the sales team was extremely engaged with us--working on our timeline and helping us to find the combination of solutions that was genuinely best for our situation. Onboarding was the same -- we had technical experts meeting with us frequently to assess our data quality, model outcomes, and assisting with best practices for model configuration. As someone who has built ML models, I was very happy to see how easy they make it to dig into data quality, unique values, data ranges, fill rate of data across the entire data set, easy search across our hundreds of predictors, etc. Furthermore, their intuitive dashboard allows for easy iteration of the data models, and they give us all of the quality assessments you would expect with a ML, not masking anything from the customer. Integration was easy, implementation was as straightforward as you could expect, and customer support was off the charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Forwrd? We haven't had the models in use by our team long enough to speak to the results yet, but we have high hopes! What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a glut of marketing data as an organization, and this is helping us use that data to score leads from an overwhelmingly large pot of marketing leads, many of which are poor in quality.
