What do you like best about Fortifi?

I really like Fortifi’s integration between contract management and billing. It's super efficient when we revise a client’s service terms because the system automatically updates the invoices without needing any manual adjustments. The account health alerts are another fantastic feature as they allow us to catch disengaged clients early, giving our team the opportunity to intervene before things escalate. We particularly rely on the contract amendment tool and the account health monitoring dashboards. They save us from invoicing errors and help us proactively check in with clients rather than react after problems arise. Fortifi has significantly cut down our manual data entry and eliminated discrepancies, helping us manage contracts, invoices, and client engagement all in one place, which is a big plus for our firm. What do you dislike about Fortifi?

Creating custom branded invoice templates inside Fortifi feels clunky and limited, with few styling controls to match our firm’s document branding. Reporting filters are somewhat rigid, so we struggle to pull tailored outputs that separate one-off project work from recurring advisory contracts. We also hit occasional minor sync delays when importing new client contract records, forcing staff to double-check entries after uploads. I'd love to see Fortifi add custom report building to freely combine filters for contract type, service duration, and client status, and allow us to save custom report presets, which would ease our regular business reviews. Recommendations to others considering Fortifi:

To enhance user experience, Fortifi could consider expanding its customization options for invoice templates and reporting filters. Allowing users to create and save custom report presets would streamline business reviews and improve efficiency.
