What do you like best about Forthcast?

We linked our Shopify business as well as launched machine learning predictions quickly. The price reflects an abundance of functionality that is particularly impressive. Demand tracking, suggestions for reordering, safety stocks, low stock alert, and purchase order generation are all going to work together quite well. I also like that the logic doesn't treat out-of-stocks as zero sales in demand planning. Instead, it makes copies of replenishment cycles highly accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forthcast?

When we onboarded the platform, we had changes done to the dashboard settings so the stock health reports would display in a way the team wanted it to be. The system here is capable of doing a lot of stuff. The SKU-drilldown view forecasts at the per-item level. A drilldown feature should definitely have its own tab in the navigation for improved accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forthcast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Forthcast, our stock preparation was done manually a hundred percent. Constant VLOOKUPS in Excel was part of our daily routine as we replaced our old Shopify Stocky workflow. Our entire catalog now has automated demand forecasts, reorder points, and restocking recommendations. This is helping to reduce sizing stockouts; to avoid putting too much money into excess inventory in the warehouse; to spend much less time doing manual planning; and to improve daily ordering decisions.
