Integration with Salesforce! very easy to use, and the form builder is very intuitive. The mapping fields into Salesforce records saves so much time without extra coding. What do you dislike about Formstack for Salesforce?

Setting this up to begin with. It can be a little tricky at times, especially for users who do not practice with the architecture of Salesforce specific options. There's so much going on and sometimes, these features are hidden behind several hidden settings, and more documentation could have gone a little deeper on some aspects.
